In my opinion you don't need to change anything. You're entire team from the ladies at the front to the back office are awesome. My son has autism spectrum and everyone treats him so incredibly well. I wish I had a place like this when I was a child I wouldn't be scared to death of the Dentist as an adult. Best place to bring your children. From the front desk ladies to the doc and everyone in between are amazing. I filled out the info about my son and the lady that took us back and did my sons teeth cleaning was AMAZING she talked to my son about all the things I put on the list and she made him feel so comfortable. He still talks about it. GREATEST PLACE EVER!! I wish I was a kid just so I could go there!

I have been a hospital RN for over 15 years and have had many interactions with doctors and it is a wonderful thing to observe a doctor perfectly suited for his job. My kids actually get excited for their visits! Between the amazing staff and the great waiting room (equipped with iPads) there has never been a reason for us to look into other dentists. Even though we have moved 30 minutes away, we truly enjoy our visits. Dr. Jones is great with the kids and always greets us with a smile. In fact, the entire staff always seems as though they really love their jobs. I recommend this office to all my mommy friends!
